Really good Stay with Amazing Views
sea view comfortable bed onsite parking
The room had amazing views and the interior was lovely. I particularly enjoyed the quiet and the super comfortable bed. The onsite parking was very convenient for us .
The shower was over a bath and not a walk-in shower as promised on the website. This was a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast was superb and offered a wide selection of options. Warm dishes were available through a specific menu. I really appreciated the quality of food.

The staff were friendly and very helpful at all times. Kim offered us champagne upon arrival to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This gesture.

Acceptable but Disappointing
heavy doors uncomfortable bed
The hotel made some promises it failed to keep. The website advertised a walk-in shower, but there was only a shower over a bath. The bed also seemed to tilt slightly, so it was not as comfortable as one would hope. I also noted that all the doors were heavy to push, which might present a challenge for some guests.

Excellent Rooms and Service
friendly atmosphere helpful staff soft close doors
The hotel bar provides great, friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Cameron was especially kind. The restaurant includes good food choices for dinner. Breakfast had all I could possibly want. Our ground floor room was superbly appointed with a walk in shower and a rainforest shower head. There was a large flat screen tv and all the drawers and doors where soft close.

The hotel sits right next to the Undercliff walk. I and my colleague-friend explored direction Saltdean. The location allowed us to actively start the Sunday. The car park is very convenient also.

It is beautiful inside. Despite its location next to a road, my room with sea view, were quiet. Rooms give excellent seaviews, it include high-quality bistro sets.

The in-style restaurant is very spacious. I found the hotel car park to be very convenient. The hotel overall is a polished hotel, fixtures and fittings are of excellent quality.

the hotel location is right on the seafront. a lovely beach-facing terrace is available. convenient parking is present, which i needed.
first impressions were not great for me. the foyer looks like it need a facelift. the narrow stairs also aren't attractive.
